Delivery Policy
Our product is a digital book delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods, and no shipping fee is charged at any point.
1. Delivery method
Immediately after a successful payment, we send an email to the address you provided at checkout containing:
- Your order confirmation and receipt.
- A secure download link for the 196-page PDF.
2. Delivery time
Delivery is normally within five minutes. In rare cases (payment review, temporary technical issue) it may take up to a few hours. If you have not received your download within 24 hours, please contact psalfiti@gmail.com and we will send it manually.
3. Where to look
If you do not see the delivery email in your inbox, please check your Spam, Promotions or Junk folder before contacting support. You can also add psalfiti@gmail.com to your address book so future messages arrive reliably.
4. Format and compatibility
The book is a standard PDF file of approximately 8 MB, with no DRM and no password. It can be read on any modern phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader that supports PDF, and works offline once downloaded.
5. Re-downloads
Lost your file? Email psalfiti@gmail.com from the address you used to order and we will resend it at no charge, for as long as we are in business.
6. No physical shipments
We do not ship printed books, boxes or any physical goods, to any country. If you would like the book on paper, you may print your own copy for personal use, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
