What we sell

What we do not sell
We do not sell services of any kind. We do not offer coaching, mentoring, consultations, sessions, appointments, assessments, personalised documents, memberships, private groups or subscriptions. Nothing is performed for a customer and nothing is produced individually — every buyer receives the identical file. We do not ship physical goods.
What the book is about
Self-development written for men, in plain language: discipline, attention, work, money, anger, fear, integrity, family, friendship and purpose. The method is old and unglamorous — read a short essay, answer written questions honestly, and review at the end of the week what you actually did. Twelve weekly modules and ninety-six exercises make up the body of the book.
It draws on ideas common to mindset and coaching practice, but it is a book, not a coaching service: nothing is delivered to you personally, and we never see your answers. It promises no outcome, contains no method for making money, and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
Who writes it
The text is written and edited in-house and reviewed for readability and a calm, plain tone. Customer support is handled directly by the founder.
